COVID-19 Safety Protocol

During these unprecedented times, we will be taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. Therefore, we would like to ask the following of all our clients:

  • Masks must be worn in the studio at all times by staff and clients.

  • Clients must sign-in upon entering the studio for tracing purposes.

  • Clients must provide their own masks, but may be provided with a disposable mask if their mask is deemed unacceptable and/or a replacement is needed.

  • Clients must sanitize their hands upon entering the studio. Extra hand sanitizer will be available in all high traffic areas, but we encourage clients to bring their own.

  • Clients may bring only necessary items with them to their appointment.

  • Clients will be required to wipe down and sanitize their phones and other personal items they may need to touch during their visit upon arrival.

  • Clients are required to observe social distancing guidelines while present in the studio.

  • The waiting area in the lobby will be closed to the public to limit the amount of people in the studio at any given time.

  • Clients may NOT be accompanied by any other persons, during consultations or appointments, in order to limit the amount of people in the studio at any given time.

  • Clients must implicitly make their artists and shop owners aware if they have a compromised immune system due to any kind of illness and/or exposure to any contact with confirmed COVID-19 Coronavirus patients

Our staff will also be taking the following safety precautions:

  • We will not be accepting the traditional idea of "walk-ins." We will be tattooing by appointment only to limit the number of people in the studio. Clients will have to make appointments for consultations for new tattoos over the phone or by email prior to arriving at the studio.

  • Artists will contact their clients no less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment to make sure clients are in good health and able to be tattooed.

  • Artists will take extra precautionary steps to prevent the spread of the disease by wearing extra personal protective equipment such as disposable sleeves, aprons, masks, etc.

  • Artists work stations are already set up at least 6 ft apart and staff will maintain a safe social distance whenever possible

  • Artists will do daily health assessments and stay home if symptomatic.

  • Leave at least 1 hour between each appointment in order to properly sanitize their work areas, as well as frequently touched objects like door handles, chairs, etc.

  • Artists will be tested for COVID-19 at least once every two weeks

  • Should any staff member become exposed to COVID-19 they will be given a 2 week quarantine period before returning to work
